A Market Value estimate of a 110 acre decommissioned industrial site and deep water wharf located at Nanisivik, Nunavut which is at the northern tip of Baffin Island near the eastern entrance to the North West Passage. The site includes 35 acres of submerged land under Strathcona Sound.
